If you win, a monetary gift will be donated from the Humane Society for Shelter Pets (HSSP) in your and your pet’s name to the organization of your choice. All designated organizations must be in the United States and must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal-welfare organization that is a community-based pet rescue group or a community-based group that  runs a pet shelter. For more information on eligible organizations, please see the Contest Rules. Learn more about the importance of supporting local shelters and rescue groups. If you’re not sure whether a group qualifies, please contact us. HSSP reserves the right to reject organizations that do not meet these criteria.

By submitting a photo, you acknowledge that you are the copyright owner of that image and that the Humane Society for Shelter Pets has your expressed permission to use the image in our photo contest.
